Virus hacking & other offenses

We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of our Site or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any website linked to it.

Changes, Cancellations and/or Refunds Policy

I understand the fare/rate/price conditions of my ticket/document relating to Changes, Cancellations and/or Refunds (from the airline/hotel/service provider/supplier) are advised at the time of purchase.

I understand that If, after my purchase with Otolat has completed, I wish to change my booking in any way, Otolat will try to accommodate these changes but it may not always be possible to do so. All changes are subject to availability and I will be required to pay any increase to the cost of my booking as a result of your changes.

I understand that certain travel arrangements may not be amended/canceled after they have been confirmed/ticketed/vouchered and any alteration/cancellation could incur a cancellation charge of up to 100%.

I understand that I need to notify otolat with these changes, amendments and/or cancellation request at least 48 hours before departure/check-in/service date. This notification request for changes must be made in writing and communicated via email to info@otolat.com.kw .

I understand that otolat will apply service/administration fee of KWD15/- (equivalent to USD45/-), per ticket, in addition to any fare/rate difference and change/cancellation penalty fees from the airline/hotel/service provider/supplier.

Linking to our site

Upon our written permission only you may link to our home page, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it, but you must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists. We reserve the right to withdraw linking permission without notice. You must not establish a link from any website that is not owned by you.

Our Site must not be framed on any other site, nor may you create a link to any part of our Site other than the home page by way of so-called “deep linking”.

Jurisdiction and applicable law
